About the role

As an Optical Assistant with us, you work with both customer service and simpler clinical tasks. Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Pre-examinations such as tonometry and fundus photography
• Welcome customers and guide them through the entire customer journey
• Help customers choose frames and lenses
• Orders, unpacking, and dispensing of glasses
• Adjustment and simple repairs of frames
• Scheduling and telephone service

You work closely with our optometrists and contribute to ensuring every customer receives the best possible service and experience.

• Has experience from retail or service industries
