About the Role

As a Driver B at Carla, you pick up and deliver cars to customers across Sweden. You are responsible for the execution during the trip, such as planning charging stops, handling schedule changes, and resolving unforeseen events without compromising on service quality. You are Carla's face to the customer and ensure a professional attitude in every interaction. At the customer's location, you perform a thorough inspection according to protocol and document it in our digital tools. Pricing and rate setting are handled by our logistics coordinators, but it is your responsibility to flag any discrepancies.

This role suits you if you want to combine customer meetings, quality, and logistics with order, pace, and an eye for detail. You will travel extensively, and some trips may involve overnight stays.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is available for full-time work between July 1 – August 31

• Provides top-tier customer service: professional, friendly, and secure handling in every interaction.

• Executes drives according to schedule and plans/prioritizes issues that arise during the trip (e.g., charging stops, route adjustments, time changes).

• Takes ownership of the assignment by booking trains/transport and accommodation when needed, as well as handling other practical details.

• Performs inspections (interior/exterior) according to protocol, documents with photos, and reports via phone.

• Flags discrepancies between the customer's information and the car's condition to the coordinator.

• Resolves unforeseen events (such as charging or schedule changes) quickly and independently.

Information

• Hourly Wage: 147 SEK/hour + 12% vacation pay

• Scope: Full-time.

• Location: Assignments across Sweden, based in Kungsängen (Stockholm).

• Working Hours: Mon–Fri (varying hours depending on assignments) + approx. 1–2 overnight stays per week.
