The position of Resource and Capacity Planner is central to our continued development and requires sharpness, responsibility, and the ability to see the big picture.

You will work closely with the site manager and shift leaders, ensuring that the right resources are in the right place at the right time. You are the one who creates order, stability, and foresight in a business where volumes and needs can change rapidly.

What does the job involve?

• Plan and optimize staffing based on volumes, customer needs, and capacity.
• Ensure that shift leaders and teams have the right prerequisites for each shift.
• Monitor productivity, capacity, and resource utilization.
• Work with forecasts and scheduling.
• Communicate changes and needs to the site manager and shift leaders.
• Contribute to the development of routines, structure, and workflows.

Who are we looking for?

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or terminal operations.
• Experience in planning or coordination.
• Structured, analytical, and confident in making decisions.
• Communicates clearly and professionally with both management and operations.
• Has strong prioritization skills and can handle rapid changes.
• Thrives in a role that combines administration, analysis, and operational presence.

Meritorious:

• Experience in capacity planning or production planning.
• Experience with container unloading or similar logistics environments.
• Experience working with scheduling systems.
