In this role, you will be a central contact point for incoming IT-related matters and be responsible for ensuring they are handled efficiently, correctly, and with the right prioritization. You will work closely with both technical teams and internal support functions, playing a key role in creating structure, clarity, and progress in complex processes.

As an IT Coordinator, you are responsible for coordinating and organizing incoming matters related to IT and business support. This may involve referrals, purchase matters, internal inquiries, or other types of documentation that require analysis, structure, and further handling.

You will:

• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate incoming matters
• Ensure efficient workflows and good process management
• Compile information and formulate clear documentation and responses
• Collaborate cross-functionally with both technical and administrative functions
• Drive matters independently and follow up on deliveries and schedules
• Act as a key link between various internal and external contacts

This is a role for you who likes to create order in complexity and is motivated by getting things done.

You are structured, communicative, and have an easy time collaborating with different types of people and functions. You have an analytical approach to work and feel comfortable handling many parallel tasks simultaneously.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Post-secondary education or courses in areas such as law, economics, logistics, project management, or other relevant fields
• At least 1 year of experience in coordination, project management, or coordination between multiple functions
• Experience in structuring, summarizing, and formulating written material for different target groups
• Experience in independently driving and coordinating matters
• Experience from IT-related assignments or operations
• Very good communicative skills in Swedish and English, both oral and written
• Swedish citizenship

It is extra positive if you also have:

• Experience from public sector operations
• Experience in purchasing, procurement, or support functions
• Worked in case management systems such as Jira or similar
• Experience handling large case flows and many contact points
• Understanding of technical issues within IT

• Location: Stockholm
• Hybrid work: possibility of remote work up to 25%
• Start: August 3, 2026
• End date: March 31, 2027
• Extension possible
• Requirement for on-site presence at least 3 days per week
