We are looking for a retail sales assistant for 30 hours/week at Maximat Töcksfors. The position is within the grocery department. Töcksfors is located 30 km from Årjäng and a few miles from the Norwegian border.

As a retail sales assistant, you will work together with the team leader, store manager, and other employees to develop the assortment, increase upselling, and enhance the customer experience. You are someone who likes to take responsibility and lead by example. You have the right competence, attitude, and mindset for the task and look forward to helping develop our already excellent department towards our high goals. The duties include picking goods, placing orders, self-control, sales planning, cash register duties, and customer interactions. The position includes both evening and weekend work.

The position is a permanent position with a workload of 30 hours per week. Start date is by agreement. Weekends and evenings are included. The position is covered by a collective agreement.
