Truck Drivers for ICA Hem Till Dig AB in Linköping

• About a year later, in February 2021, we launched another owned transport operation in Östergötland, based in Linköping.
• In the autumn of 2026, we will launch new assignments starting from Östergötland.

Job Description

To our transport operation in Linköping, we are now looking for drivers with a CE license who can offer ICA stores efficient, eco-friendly, and customer-adapted transport solutions.

The transports will be carried out using modern and eco-friendly vehicles, departing from ICA's warehouse in Linköping. The transports consist of both distribution and warehouse-to-warehouse logistics. You will work together with your team, where working hours are a combination of daytime, evenings, and weekends. Upon starting employment, you will receive a thorough introduction and training. You will drive the same vehicle together with one of your colleagues, and you will take care of and maintain the vehicle together.

Qualifications

As a person, you are organized, precise, and positive. You are a team player but also a self-motivated and solution-oriented individual. You are flexible, have your own drive, and have an eye for improvement. It is very important that you enjoy customer contact and have a good sense of service, as you are the face of ICA. We expect you to be a good representative of ICA's brand.

Requirements for the position are:

• CE license
• Digital driver card
• YKB (Certificate of Professional Competence)
• Forklift license A1-4
• Experience with trailers
• Good sense of service and customer contact

For the right person, additional training can be arranged. Since the work can be physically demanding, we expect you to have good physical fitness.

Distribution with us at ICA involves an average of 1–5 stops. This is, of course, dependent on the warehouse's transport distance. We have a mix of local distribution, longer transport distances, as well as our warehouse-to-warehouse transports.

Merits are:

• Previous experience in food distribution
• Experience with vehicles with double decks is a significant merit.
• Training in economical driving
• Experience in retail and trade

Employment Type:

We offer permanent employment with a 6-month probation period. We also offer employment on an as-needed basis for summer staff and extra drivers.

In this role, you will report to the local production manager in Linköping and are part of the transport organization within ICA Logistics.
