Your role at Nobia

As a machine operator at Nobia, you work in production with responsibility for monitoring, operating, and optimizing various types of machinery. The role may vary depending on the department, but what is common is that you contribute to an efficient and high-quality production flow.

Your responsibilities include among other things:

• Monitoring and operation of machinery
• Settings, adjustments, and simpler changeovers
• Quality control of materials and finished products
• Troubleshooting and simpler maintenance
• Contributing to improvements in processes and working methods

You work both independently and in teams, where collaboration and communication are crucial for achieving the best results.

Your background

We are looking for you who are technically interested, detail-oriented, and thrive in a high-tempo production environment.

We see that you have:

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Basic computer skills

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience as a machine operator or from the manufacturing industry
• Technical understanding or interest in machinery and production
• Driver's license and access to a car

As a person, you are:

• Responsible and self-initiating
• Detail-oriented with an eye for quality
• Solution-oriented and proactive
• A team player who contributes to a positive work environment
