The Malmö traffic area consists of approx. 940 employees and we drive approx. 250 buses every day. Together with our client Skånetrafiken, we are responsible for operating and developing bus traffic in Malmö.

Personal qualities and qualifications

As a bus driver at Nobina, you are social, flexible, and enjoy meeting people. You handle stressful situations in a calm and secure manner and always drive safely and with environmental awareness. In the role, you take responsibility for both passengers and the bus, in line with the Nobina driver and our passenger promise. This means that you:

• Welcome passengers and provide the information they need for a safe and positive journey
• Drive safely, comfortably, and greenly, following all traffic rules
• Take care of the bus and report if you see damage or risks
• Contribute to a good work environment and collaborate with colleagues
• Keep yourself updated and participate in necessary training

We are looking for you who:

• Have a Swedish Category D driving license and a valid Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC/YKB)
• Have good knowledge of Swedish
• Can work varying hours

We view positively applicants who lack a CPC and wish to complete their qualification.

We offer permanent employment with a six-month probation period and needs-based employment.

Salary according to collective agreement. You who have previously worked as a bus driver can credit years (within the EU) for placement in the salary steps.

Digital tests are sent via email and must be approved for you to proceed. Before employment, a health examination is conducted. A check of your criminal record is sent via email and approved by you with BankID.
