We are looking for an engaged, self-reliant, and solution-oriented mechanic to join our repair and maintenance department.

About the role

As a mechanic here, you will work at the heart of our production, handling both preventive and urgent maintenance tasks. The role involves significant personal responsibility, where you are expected to act quickly, analyze problems, and perform repairs independently.

You will become a key part of our maintenance team and contribute directly to the stability, availability, and development of our production. You will work closely with experienced colleagues in a modern and diverse machine park.

Here, you will encounter everything from eccentric press lines to robotic welders, hydraulic press brakes, and roll forming lines – an exciting environment for those who enjoy technical challenges. We would appreciate it if you have prior experience in this area. Your responsibilities include:

• Service and preventive maintenance of both our machine park and our vehicles, such as forklifts, wheel loaders, and lifts.
• Troubleshooting and repairing urgent faults in production.
• Participation in new installations and modifications of machines and equipment.
• Participation in improvement work and efforts to increase operational reliability.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are practical, self-reliant, and confident in your professional role. You have a good understanding of mechanics and problem-solving and the ability to quickly adapt to different situations. You should have:

• Experience in mechanical work within industry or similar operations.
• A genuine technical interest and experience in troubleshooting and repairing machines independently.
• The ability to think logically, work systematically, and solve problems.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Experience from industry, preferably in maintenance.
• Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

We place great importance on your personal qualities – curiosity, endurance, and the desire to develop are crucial. The position can be adapted based on your skills and interests. A high school education in vehicles, electronics, or industry is an advantage.
