About us

NPF Barnvakten offers childcare to families with children within the NPF (Neuropsychiatric Function Impairment) spectrum.

NPF stands for neuropsychiatric function impairment. The most common impairments include ADHD, Autism, ADD, AST, Tourette's syndrome, and speech disorders. Our goal is to help as many people with special needs as possible. Therefore, you will undergo internal training regarding NPF before starting your first assignment. At NPF Barnvakten, you will find a developing, joyful, and incredibly rewarding part-time job.

The assignment:

• Number of children and age: 1 child, 5 years old
• Days and times: Once a week, for example, a standing time every Saturday.
• Desired start date: Immediately
• Childcare takes place at the family's home or in a nearby park.
• Location: Solna

We are looking for someone who:

• Has some form of experience with children, preferably children with NPF (ADHD, Autism, ID, or similar).
• Has experience with low-affective handling and clear/structured pedagogy.
• Is responsible and has a genuine interest in children.
• Wants a developing and rewarding part-time job.
• Is pedagogical, secure, and calm.
• Meritorious: Experience with visual supports/TAKK.

Tasks:

The tasks may vary depending on the family's needs. Typical tasks may include:

• Picking up from preschool/school.
• Planning activities at home and outdoors.
• Acting as support during excursions.
• Cooking simple meals.
• Bathing.
• Activation, socialization, and relief.
