We are growing steadily and are now looking for an experienced and driven Team Leader in Facility Cleaning with a focus on stairwell cleaning. About the Role

As a Team Leader in Facility Cleaning, you are responsible for both operations and personnel in a growing business area. You lead an engaged team and ensure that our assignments are carried out with high quality, efficiency, and a strong service mindset.

The role combines operational work on-site with colleagues and customers, as well as administrative tasks such as planning, staffing, customer contact, and follow-up.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Plan, lead, and follow up on work within stairwell cleaning.
• Introduce and coach new employees, as well as monitor the quality of completed work.
• Ensure that schedules, routines, and customer contracts are followed.
• Conduct customer meetings and quality controls.
• Prepare quotations, plan resources, and handle simpler budget and cost follow-ups.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and strong teamwork.

We are looking for someone who

• Has documented experience in facility cleaning, preferably with SRY or PRYL training.
• Has previous experience in team leadership within cleaning or similar operations.
• Is self-motivated, structured, and results-oriented.
• Has good communication skills and thrives in customer interactions.
• Is accustomed to working with digital systems and has an understanding of scheduling, economics, and personnel matters.
• Has a valid B-driver's license and good driving skills.
• Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
