About the role

For our customers in Malmö, we are now looking for a full-time cleaner specializing in floor care.

As a cleaner specializing in floor care, you and your colleagues play a key role in ensuring the overall experience in the customer's premises. Together, you create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and all visitors.

The position is full-time, permanent, with an initial six-month probationary period. Evening and night shifts may occur.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are service-oriented, attentive, responsible, and proactive. You thrive in the role of company representative and share ISS's desire to deliver world-class service. This means you should have a high service level, a good overview of your cleaning area, and be able to suggest improvements to the customer. It is important that you are attentive to the customer's needs. You have an easy time building good relationships with both customers and colleagues. In addition, you have the ability to collaborate, as the work can be both individual and in a group.

We see that you have industry experience and good knowledge of floor care. It is important that you master the Swedish language and have previous experience in floor care.
