Recruitment Stockholm Agency AB is now recruiting, on behalf of our client, experienced site engineers for permanent employment.

The construction group has been active in site engineering since 1957 and possesses extensive experience in the field from A to Z, i.e., from design and planning to the completion of house foundations, asphalt surfaces, and stone paving in both HOA courtyards, parks, and villas.

We are constantly growing but choose to move slowly. We are therefore looking for personnel with strong social skills and broad experience who can quickly get up to speed with projects and understand customers' needs.

Who we are looking for:

We place great emphasis on you being meticulous, having genuine professional pride, and a sense for customer interaction.

The tasks consist of all types of construction work such as stone setting, excavation, asphalt paving, carpentry, and installation of playground and park equipment.

You need to have at least 1 year of documented training as a site engineer or equivalent, and at least 3 years of experience with different types of ground work and customer interaction. You should be driven, engaged, able to take initiative, and preferably technically inclined. Any form of specialized training, advanced courses, or machine licenses are meritorious. The employment type can be either permanent or seasonal depending on your qualifications.

As a person, you are independent and have an easy way of communicating in an open and unpretentious manner. You have good social skills, are sensitive to the needs of the business, and naturally read customer benefits. You thrive in a flat, communicative, and dynamic organization with fast decision-making processes.
