The Role of Site Supervisor

The role of site supervisor is varied and offers you the opportunity to take significant personal responsibility. Every project is a team effort, making teamwork a crucial part of a successful project.

Your role is to be an engaged and motivated member of the work team, where your working style contributes to involvement among both those you lead and the rest of the team. What characterizes our workplaces is safety, structure, order, and a focus on good working conditions. In collaboration with the Site Manager, you plan and lead projects forward, monitor schedules, allocate resources, and ensure that work is carried out effectively. You work actively with the project's technical solutions, lead and distribute ongoing tasks to skilled workers and general laborers, while also having responsibility for the project's economy.

You participate in creating schedules, check in on your own activities, and perform work preparations together with your colleagues in the team. By ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations in production, you support the Site Manager in maintaining a safe working environment at our sites.

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you need to have a civil engineering education and/or equivalent work experience. Several years of experience are desirable. It is also an advantage if you have experience with both small and large earthworks and civil engineering projects.

Additional Information

The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probation period. Salary and benefits are discussed with the handler within the construction sector and thereafter directly with the company's management.
