About Lammhultsbadet

Lammhultsbadet is owned by Växjö Municipality and is a popular outdoor swimming pool for children, young people, and families in the area. About the Position – Lifeguard

We are currently looking for extra staff members who can work both day and weekend shifts.

The position is valid for June–August.

Main Responsibilities

• Lifeguarding and acting quickly and correctly in the event of incidents in and around the pools.
• Active supervision of swimmers and the pool environment.
• Inform and guide visitors.
• Contribute to a good working atmosphere and collaborate with colleagues.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Training in lifeguarding and first aid (CPR).
• Gold Diving Board (Guldbojen – a swimming certificate issued by the Swedish Life Saving Society).
• Certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record).
• References.
• Good teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
