About the role

Nordic Staffing Group is currently looking for several scaffolders for one of our clients in the construction and civil engineering sector. Here you will have the opportunity to work on varied projects, become part of a knowledgeable team, and contribute to safe workplaces with high quality. As a scaffolder, you will work with the assembly, disassembly, and adaptation of construction scaffolds on various types of work sites. The projects may vary in scope and environment, making this role suitable for you who thrive in a practical profession where no two days are alike. The work is performed in teams and requires that you have a good sense of safety, are meticulous in your execution, and find it easy to collaborate with others on site.

What the role entails

You will be responsible for tasks such as:

• Assembly and dismantling of various types of construction scaffolds, such as frame scaffolds and modular systems.
• Erection of weather protection and temporary structures to protect work sites and projects from weather conditions.
• Handling of scaffold materials through loading, unloading, and transportation to and from construction sites.
• Conducting safety inspections and risk assessments to ensure that the scaffolds comply with current regulations and safety requirements.
• Interpreting drawings and technical documentation for correct assembly according to specifications and calculations.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience working as a scaffolder
• Professional certification or other documented experience in the field
• A good understanding of safety, working environment, and applicable regulations
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Valid B-class driver's license

As a person, you are responsible, meticulous, and confident in your approach to work. You have a positive attitude, enjoy working with others, and understand the importance of always prioritizing safety.
