We are looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to assist with handling deliveries, meetings, follow-ups, and related tasks within the Tech Arch Stream. This role is part of H&M's major SAP S4 HANA program, known as CBT.
Responsibilities
Design the Way of Working (WoW) for the stream and its processes.
Create and update Jira items.
Responsible for tracking deliveries in Jira across streams and the organization to ensure everything stays on schedule.
Plan meetings, take meeting minutes (MoM), follow up, and drive actions.
Navigate effectively in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
The scope of the role will likely grow based on your eagerness to learn more and take on greater responsibility regarding deliveries.
Competencies
Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus but not mandatory.
Proficient in PowerPoint and skilled at leading/driving meetings.
Organized, eager to learn, and driven.
No SAP competencies are required.
