About the Role This is a consulting assignment with excellent opportunities for permanent hiring. In this role, you will initially be employed by Bravura, and it is explicitly stated that the company intends to offer you employment with them in the long term. 💼 Responsibilities
As a Traffic Manager, you will handle transport inquiries from customers and quickly find efficient, feasible solutions. You are responsible for the entire chain – from initial contact to the completion and follow-up of the transport. The role combines traffic management with a clear buying and selling perspective. You maintain ongoing dialogue with transport companies, set prices, and sell the solution to the customer. The workday is varied and fast-paced, requiring prioritization and quick decision-making across multiple parallel cases.
Key responsibilities include:
- Receiving and handling transport inquiries from customers
- Ensuring the right transport solution through dialogue with carriers and suppliers
- Pricing and selling transport assignments to customers
- Registering bookings and following up on transports and deliveries
- Handling reconciliations, changes, and questions during the transport process
🔍 Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
- Proficient computer skills and ability to work with business systems
- Advantageous with experience from transport, logistics, or traffic management
- Advantageous with experience in customer contact
