As a team leader, you work as a distributor and, together with your operations manager, are responsible for ensuring good quality, safety, efficiency, and delivery reliability. We offer you independent and stimulating work in a developing organization with clear goals and requirements. The operations are characterized by a high tempo, demands for decision-making and flexibility, as well as frequent contact with distributors. You are part of the night management team and work organizationally directly under the operations management.

At Point Logistics, we are experts in last-mile distribution and operate in Borås–Sjuhärad, Växjö–Kronoberg, Kalmar, Karlskrona–Blekinge, and Kristianstad–Eastern Skåne. Our main task is newspaper distribution. Within our distribution network, we offer companies services for the delivery of magazines, mail, and parcels. Together with Early Bird, a company owned by Sweden's largest media house, we deliver directly to people's homes across the country.
