We are now looking for an Operations Manager for our crop farming at Wapnö Farm. Here, we are responsible for and cultivate approximately 3,000 hectares of arable land and pasture. The work is carried out with an efficient fleet of machinery in a business where development, sustainability, and the future are in focus.

As an Operations Manager, you will have a varied and responsible job where you both lead and are personally involved in the daily work. You will have the overall responsibility for planning and executing the crop farming season and optimizing production in a resource-efficient manner. You will actively work to create a positive and engaging work environment. Among other things, you will:

• Be responsible for planning and follow-up within crop farming
• Lead and distribute the daily work in the business and participate in practical work yourself. Personnel responsibility for staff within crop farming.
• Work with improvements and development
• Have contact with advisors, machinery stations, workshops, and other partners.
• Collaborate closely with the company's CEO and other senior management regarding the planning of feed, straw, etc.

We are looking for you who have experience from agriculture and crop farming. You have a good understanding of the entire production chain. Your competence can come from education or work experience – preferably a combination of both. You are responsible and driven, with the ability to take initiative and work solution-oriented.

To apply for the position, you need to have:

• Category B driver's license
• Good knowledge of Swedish and basic English in speech and writing.
• Spraying certificate
• Experience in leadership
• Understanding and knowledge regarding repairs and machine maintenance.

At Wapnö, you will become an important part of a company where the entire cycle is gathered on the same farm – from crop farming and animal husbandry to milking, dairy, and biogas production. You will work with a large fleet of machinery and be involved in the entire process – from planning to practical implementation.

The position is a full-time employment with access according to agreement.
