As a Coordinator in Digitalization & IT, you will play a central role in coordinating and developing work related to system administration and digital development. Together with system specialists, you will ensure the delivery and follow-up of development activities based on administration plans and the needs of the operations.

You will also be responsible for your own area of operations and contribute to creating efficient, sustainable, and user-friendly digital working methods.

The role involves close collaboration between operations and IT, where you function as a coordinating and communicative key person in the organization.

• Coordinate and support work within system administration and digital development

• Ensure delivery of activities according to administration plans

• Collaborate closely with system specialists and operations

• Act as a link between operations and IT

• Drive and coordinate development initiatives related to digital systems

• Work with documentation according to operational routines

• Handle issues related to integrations, databases, operations, support, and IT contracts

• Contribute to the development and improvement of digital processes and working methods

• Have a university degree in IT or equivalent work experience

• Have at least 3–4 years of experience in system development

• Have experience coordinating and communicating between operations and IT

• Have broad general knowledge in IT-related areas such as integrations, databases, operations, support, and contracts

• Have documented experience leading projects related to digital systems

• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

It is an advantage if you:

• Have experience from the public sector and their IT systems

• Have experience in project management and administration management
