Do you want to help build our operations?
We are looking for someone who enjoys helping the elderly and providing them with good service. Your work primarily consists of cleaning for our care recipients, and we would appreciate it if you had previous experience in cleaning. Personal suitability and good teamwork skills are important qualities in our staff. You must be proficient in spoken Swedish and have some ability in written Swedish. Knowing additional languages is a plus.

Your Responsibilities
We are currently looking for service personnel for our units in Lund. The main tasks as service personnel within Abello Home Care include:

• Maintaining a professional attitude towards care recipients and ensuring high quality in service and interaction.
• Being flexible and development-oriented.
• Taking personal responsibility and having the ability to collaborate.
• Being skilled at cleaning efficiently and maintaining a good attitude towards care recipients.

Your duties primarily involve cleaning, but may also include laundry, shopping, and meal assistance.

Your Profile
A Category B driver's license is required. It is an advantage if you can also cycle. Previous experience in cleaning is meritorious.

At this time, we are only seeking female staff as our care recipients have requested female staff for this schedule.

Salary
The offered position is a full-time role with a permanent contract. We have a collective agreement and individual salary setting.
