Posti is currently recruiting, on behalf of our client, an experienced and independent CNC operator for a modern and technically advanced production facility. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a stable organization where quality, precision, and development are the focus. In this role, you will work with CNC-controlled multi-operation milling machines, where you are responsible for programming, setup, adjustment, and operation of the machines. You will primarily process materials such as stainless steel and bronze, ensuring that produced parts meet the required quality standards according to drawings and tolerance requirements. The work is performed both independently and in collaboration with colleagues in the production team, where cooperation and responsibility are key parts of daily life. Other common workshop tasks may also be included in the position.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 5 years of experience as a CNC operator/miller
• Is accustomed to independently programming and setting up CNC machines
• Has good knowledge of reading technical drawings and measurement techniques
• Has experience with CAM programming, such as CAM Works or similar
• Is solution-oriented, precise, and quality-conscious
• Thrives in taking responsibility and working both independently and in a team
• Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken)
• Hold a forklift license (A+B)

• Previous experience in leadership or coordinating roles
• Experience with multi-operation machines and advanced machining
• Valid driver's license (Category B) and access to a car
