You will play a central role in the change management for Coradia within a company that works with the procurement, management, and development of rail vehicles for regional rail traffic. The focus here is on identifying, investigating, and implementing technical changes that strengthen the vehicles' functionality, accessibility, and long-term lifespan.

You take overall responsibility for all changes affecting Coradia and work closely with vehicle owners, maintenance suppliers, system suppliers, and other stakeholders. The role combines deep technical knowledge with coordination, documentation, and regulations, and you will become a key part of creating structure, quality, and progress in complex management work. This is a role for you who want to work close to the technology while having significant influence on how future improvements are implemented.

• You identify and drive solutions to technical problems, such as systematic faults, obsolescence, and other vehicle adaptations.
• You lead technical investigations and coordinate work with system suppliers and other relevant parties.
• You plan, execute, and evaluate test installations.
• You write technical reports and create presentation materials tailored to different target groups.
• You develop and quality-assure maintenance plans based on reliability, availability, lifecycle cost, and lifespan assurance.
• You evaluate the consequences and outcomes of changes in maintenance.
• You write and further develop maintenance documentation and ensure that documentation from management projects is appropriate.
• You work in the maintenance system FORD and contribute to the structured management of vehicle data and changes.
• You perform risk assessments according to CSM-RA and ensure that the work follows TSD and other relevant regulations.
• You report status, risks, and progress to the steering group and other forums related to the vehicle type.

• Post-secondary education in technology, such as university or civil engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience working with rail vehicles at a deep technical level.
• At least 3 years of experience working in FORD or a similar vehicle management system.
• At least 3 years of experience in work that included tools for vehicle documentation, maintenance, and status monitoring of rail vehicles.
• At least 3 years of experience in the management of rail vehicles.
• Very good knowledge of the Office package.
• You work in a structured, careful, and independent manner and have a good ability to drive work forward.
• You have good analytical skills, business understanding, and an ease in collaborating with many different contact surfaces.
• Very good communication skills in speech and writing.
• Very good proficiency in Swedish in speech and writing.
• Good proficiency in English in speech and writing.

• Technical knowledge of the current vehicle fleet and its management.
• Practical experience, preferably supplemented with training, in CSM-RA and its application.
• A well-established network around Coradia, for example, with other management bodies and suppliers of equipment and maintenance services.
• Experience in implementing changes in FORD.
• Practical experience working in a depot environment.
• More than 3 years of experience working with the Coradia vehicle type.
• Experience in leading smaller projects or sub-projects.
