Do you want to be part of our team ensuring that our visitors have a safe and enjoyable experience at our swimming pool? We are now looking for a Lifeguard/Pool Attendant for Västervik Swimming Hall.

As a Lifeguard/Pool Attendant at the swimming hall, you will have a varied and responsible job where you, together with your colleagues, work as swimming instructors, perform lifeguard duties, handle cash register tasks, clean the facilities, lead water activities, and perform several other tasks.

The position includes both evening and weekend work.

Good swimming skills are a requirement. You have experience working in a swimming hall as a Lifeguard/Pool Attendant and experience in conducting swimming lessons. You must have obtained the Gold Badge (Guldbojen) and have good knowledge of CPR and water rescue. A swimming instructor education is an advantage.

We are looking for you who are service-oriented and customer-focused. You have a welcoming manner, an eye for order, and the ability to create a positive atmosphere for both customers and staff. You have good teamwork skills, are confident and stable, self-initiating, and take responsibility for your tasks.
