We are looking for a course coordinator and instructor in CAD and drafting techniques to train the production technicians of tomorrow. This role involves planning, delivering, and following up on a modern, practice-oriented vocational higher education program.

As the course coordinator, you will work together with the educational leadership. This assignment is ideal for you who have experience with CAD, reading technical drawings, and technical documentation, as well as a genuine interest in pedagogy and adult education.

• Course: CAD and drafting techniques
• Education: Production Technician and Developer with a focus on sustainable production
• Location: Södertälje
• Study format: On-site teaching
• Course duration: 3 weeks full-time
• Period: Approximately August 24 – September 11, 2026
• Instructor-led hours: 39 hours

In this role, you will among other things:

• Plan and deliver teaching in CAD and drafting techniques.
• Develop course materials, schedules, and pedagogical structure.
• Create examinations and assessment criteria.
• Be responsible for grading and assessment.
• Provide support and feedback to students.
• Work in digital learning platforms such as Microsoft Teams.
• Collaborate with educational leadership regarding the course implementation and development.

• Have relevant competence in CAD, drafting techniques, or production technology.
• Have experience with technical drawings and digital CAD tools.
• Have experience teaching adults or mentoring within technology/industry.
• Are pedagogical, flexible, and development-oriented.
• Have good digital skills and can create engaging teaching.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience with vocational higher education programs.
• Experience from industry or sustainable production.
• Experience with validation and examination.
