Your role in the company

In the role of Forklift Driver, you will work with forklift operation, material handling, and loading/unloading within the business. The role may vary depending on the department, but the common goal is to contribute to an efficient and high-quality logistical flow. The work is largely practical and physically demanding, involving manual labor, lifting, and handling of goods.

Working hours may be scheduled during the day or in evening shifts depending on the operational needs.

Your background

We are looking for someone with:

• A forklift license with certification for counterbalance forklifts (mandatory)
• Experience in physically demanding and manual work
• Good ability to absorb and convey information, as work may be conducted via communication headsets from a safety perspective
• Ability to follow instructions, both verbal and written, with high precision

As a person, you are:

• A team player with strong collaboration skills, as the work relies on close cooperation between colleagues
• Safety-conscious and responsible in your approach to work
• Engaged, curious, and willing to learn

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience working in warehousing, logistics, or similar operations
• Familiarity with forklift operation and loading/unloading
• Experience in goods and material handling
