We are seeking an engaged CNC Operator for our client just outside Gislaved – a growing company within the manufacturing industry. The company is known for its modern machinery, high quality standards, and strong focus on innovation. We prefer that you live within a reasonable commuting distance and wish to be a long-term part of the team.

Job Responsibilities

As a CNC Operator, you will, among other things:

• Set up and program machines
• Work practically in production (not sedentary)
• Measure manufactured products for quality control

The work is active and varied, but does not involve heavy lifting.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is meticulous and quality-conscious
• Has a technical interest
• Is curious and eager to develop
• Thrives working both independently and in a team

Personal qualities are important – we are looking for someone who enjoys an active and flexible work environment.

Requirements and Merits

Requirements:

• Good Swedish language skills (spoken and written)
• Experience from the industrial sector, preferably as a machine operator
• Valid driver's license (Category B) and access to a car

Meritorious Qualifications:

• Ability to read technical drawings
• Forklift license
• Experience with CNC-controlled machines
• Experience in setting up and programming machines
