About you

We are now looking for a Baker & Pastry Chef for a temporary assignment at a larger ICA store north of Gothenburg.

We are looking for you who have education or documented experience from a bakery and/or pastry shop. To be considered for the position, we are looking for someone who is used to working according to clear routines and thrives in a fast-paced environment. In the bakery, you will work together with the store's own staff, which requires good teamwork and communication skills.

Bread, buns, pastries, and cakes are produced from scratch on the department – this is therefore not a bake-off bakery. If you have primarily experience in bread baking, that is also interesting, as tasks can be adapted within the team.

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience from a bakery or pastry shop

• Can work independently and in a structured manner

• Speak and understand Swedish fluently

• Enjoy early mornings and teamwork

Documented experience in bakery work is meritorious. Education in bakery/pastry is also meritorious.

Working Hours

The working hours are primarily:

• 05:00–14:00 Alternatively:

• 08:00–17:00

The work is scheduled on weekdays and may also include weekends later in the summer.

Start Date

Week 23 (beginning of June)

Scope

Initially, the assignment covers Monday–Thursday during week 23, with good opportunities for continued work during the summer as the store has further needs.

Position Scope and Start

The position is filled immediately, and you will be employed by Bemannica AB and work as a consultant at ICA Maxi Kungälv. For the right candidate, there are very good opportunities for more shifts and extension during the summer.
