About the assignment

BemannIQ is currently looking for two park workers with specialized skills for a consultancy assignment with our client in the public sector for the 2026 season. The assignment starts immediately and runs until October 30, 2026. Working hours are scheduled on weekdays, Monday to Friday, between 07:00–16:00.

Your responsibilities

The tasks vary depending on the season and needs but include all standard duties within park maintenance.

• Weed control
• Hedge trimming
• Pruning
• Planting

Your qualifications

• Relevant horticultural education
• Documented work experience in park maintenance
• Good knowledge of plants
• Category B driver's license
• APV certification (at least APV 1.1, 1.2, and 1.3)

As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and service-oriented. You have good teamwork skills and can work both in a team and independently. Since the work takes place in a public environment, it is important that you have a professional and positive attitude towards the public, colleagues, and the client's staff. You are flexible and enjoy physical outdoor work.
