Key aspects of your role

On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a powder coater for an exciting, forward-thinking company. Are you curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new things? Then this could be your next step. Previous experience is not a requirement – the right attitude is what matters most.

As a powder coater, you will become an important part of the production team and work in a varied role where you follow the process from start to finished product. Here, the job is not just about performing tasks – but about understanding the big picture and developing professionally over time.

Tasks may include, among other things:

• Hanging and preparing products for powder coating
• Ensuring objects are placed correctly for the best possible result
• Participating in and learning the various steps of the powder coating process
• Checking the finish and quality of finished products
• Planning and structuring work based on incoming orders
• Maintaining order and creating structure in the workflow

This is a job where variety, precision, and development go hand in hand.

What we are looking for

We are not primarily looking for someone with long experience – we are looking for you with the right attitude. You are curious, want to understand how things work, and are motivated to learn a new trade from scratch.

We would like you to:

• Have an interest in learning and developing within the industry
• Be detail-oriented and thrive with structure and order
• Have an easy time planning and creating an overview of your work
• Enjoy practical work and like seeing results
• Be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Enjoy working together with others

Previous experience in powder coating is advantageous, but not a requirement.
