RESPONSIBILITIES

At Solbogården, every day is about people, care, and dignity. Together, we create a safe and meaningful everyday life where every individual is seen, heard, and respected. Here, the user is always at the center, and we work based on the method "Individual Needs at the Center" (IBIC).

As a nursing assistant at Solbogården, you provide person-centered care and support with respect for the individual's privacy and self-determination. You are responsible for delegated health and medical care tasks and actively work with implementation plans and social documentation. An important part of your work is also to contribute to a meaningful and rich everyday life for our users, both indoors and in our beautiful outdoor environments.

We offer a varied job where resource shifts are a natural part of everyday life. This means you contribute where the need is greatest – an important responsibility that strengthens both the operations and your own competence. You get the opportunity to work on different wards and take responsibility for the whole. Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends.

Solbogården is one of Strömstad's larger special housing facilities with five wards focused on dementia care. Here, we value a homely environment, both indoors and outdoors, where the garden and our common areas create good opportunities for activity, community, and quality of life.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who:

• are trained as a nursing assistant and can provide proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare.
• are confident in your professional role and ready to take responsibility for delegated health and medical care tasks.
• have good digital skills and see documentation as a natural part of the work.
• communicate clearly in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

We are looking for you who have a strong user focus and always put the individual at the center. You take responsibility for both your own tasks and the operation as a whole, and have a flexible attitude that allows you to thrive in a role where work may span several units. As a person, you are a team player who contributes to good cooperation and a safe working environment for both colleagues and users. Experience in dementia care and work according to IBIC is an advantage.
