About the Client

Gislaved Gummi AB is a global polymer specialist offering innovative and sustainable solutions and advanced products within rubber compounds, gaskets for plate heat exchangers, and extruded profiles. The company has approximately 170 employees and an annual turnover of around 780 MSEK. Gislaved Gummi is part of the listed company HEXPOL, a world-leading polymer group with approximately 5,000 employees in fourteen countries.

You will initially be employed by us at Junic and, provided everything goes well, will transition into direct employment with the client.

Your Profile

As an operator, you play a key role in production, working with machine monitoring, quality control, and material handling. You are also responsible for basic maintenance and cleaning in the manufacturing and processing of rubber products, actively contributing to efficient and smooth production.

We are looking for you who have previous experience in similar tasks, are technically interested, and quality-conscious. Experience from the rubber industry or other process industries is a plus.

As a person, you are positive, service-oriented, and enjoy working both independently and in a team. You are structured and have the ability to plan and prioritize your tasks.

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Forklift and overhead crane certificates are a plus.
• Working hours: 2-shift system.
