We are looking for a House Keeping Manager for Scandic CH.

What does the role involve?

In this role, you are responsible for:

• Housekeeping: You have overall responsibility for ensuring the hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness and order. This means ensuring our guests get a "wow feeling" when they step into the hotel and their rooms.

You lead and develop the business and employees based on the company's strategy, goals, and local conditions. With a passion for service, you inspire and motivate your employees through your leadership, creating the conditions for us to deliver outstanding guest experiences together. You are also part of the daily operations and are responsible for planning and staffing based on business needs. As a member of the hotel's management team, you share overall responsibility for the entire hotel with your colleagues.

You have previous experience leading others in a similar role, as well as relevant education and experience in the service industry. You have strong administrative skills, experience in financial planning and follow-up, and good familiarity with working in various systems. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required.
