Do you want to help develop our properties?

We are now looking for an independent and solution-oriented property technician/carpenter who wants to become an important part of our team.

With us, you will have a varied job where you work closely with tenants, colleagues, and properties.

The role involves varied maintenance and service work, both indoors and outdoors. You will handle fault reports and repairs, manage technical systems, and perform carpentry work in residential units, premises, and on our properties. The role also includes simpler masonry and plastering work, painting indoors and outdoors, routine inspections, potential renovations, planned maintenance of our property portfolio, as well as contact with our contractors.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is trained as a carpenter or has equivalent experience.
• Has experience in service, maintenance, and renovation.
• Is independent and responsible.
• Has good teamwork skills.
• Enjoys customer contact and service.
• Has a solution-oriented approach to work.
• Can work in a structured and flexible manner.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Broad practical competence in construction, masonry, painting, and maintenance.
• Experience with external and internal property maintenance.

About Us

Campus Roslagen is a municipally owned company belonging to the Norrtälje Municipality Group.

Today, we own and manage rental and commercial properties located in the beautiful natural area of Campus Roslagen. The area contains approximately 50 buildings, a portfolio of around 380 student apartments, as well as premises, storage rooms, and offices.

We also arrange education, courses, and lectures and have close cooperation with the municipality and local business.
