Responsibilities

Here, you and your colleagues feel a strong sense of participation through a constant focus on driving continuous improvements, thereby creating the conditions for the factory to achieve its set goals. You will work with assembling our valves, which consist of stainless steel and acid-resistant steel components. We are now looking for you who have previous experience in assembly, knowledge of reading technical drawings, and possess a forklift license. Having a crane operator license is a big plus.

Somas Instrument AB develops, produces, and markets control and shut-off valves made of stainless steel and acid-resistant steel to the whole world. We are today represented in most industries and have representatives all over the world. Somas headquarters and workshop are located in their own premises in Säffle. It is a family business with the Hägg family as owners. Jan Dahlén is the CEO and Mats Nilsson is the Deputy CEO. Peter Hägg and Lars Hägg are owners and engaged in the board. The headquarters can be found along the E45, approx. 60 km south of Karlstad.
