We are now looking for an enthusiastic Shift Leader to join our team. You will contribute to ensuring our guests have a clean and comfortable stay. We value your positive attitude, your commitment to quality, and your dedication to creating a welcoming and efficient environment.

What you will do:

  • Daily responsibility for the department together with other shift leaders.
  • Work with the team to ensure efficient workflow and high standards.
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards.
  • Ensure that all amenities are stocked and in working order.
  • Contribute to the team's success regarding guest satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and financial goals.

This is a permanent position with a start date to be agreed upon. The position requires work on varying shifts, including evenings and weekends. Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the final application date. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.

You will succeed here if you are:

  • Detail-oriented and attentive, with a strong work ethic.
  • Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Capable of working in a physically active role, involving bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.

Experience and requirements:

  • Valid driver's license (Category B).
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English.
  • Structured in your work and able to handle stressful situations.
  • Previous experience in cleaning or hotel housekeeping.
  • Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques.
  • Proactive with a willingness to go the extra mile.
