Our client, a global leader in their industry, is looking for an IT Project Manager for a system implementation project. You will play a key role in the project within an international environment, collaborating closely with stakeholders. Read more below!
About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an IT Project Manager. The position is full-time with an immediate start and runs until the end of November.
As the IT Project Manager, you will drive and coordinate the implementation of a new CS system leading up to the "Go-Live" on December 1st. This role is crucial for ensuring a smooth transition and the system's long-term functionality, with a focus on both technical documentation and effective stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
The role involves leading and coordinating project activities related to a new system, including facilitating workshops, system documentation, and stakeholder management in an international setting. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating work between the client's representatives, our superusers, and internal project teams. The role involves numerous contact points and requires you to understand both business needs and technical prerequisites. A key part of the job is documenting processes, training superusers, and supporting the operations team during implementation and handover.
You will also be part of the SMAK project group, where the focus is on routine descriptions and process mapping.
We are looking for someone who
- Has excellent proficiency in Swedish and good proficiency in English, both spoken and written, as these are used in daily work
- Has professional experience with business support systems (such as CRM systems, SAP, Facility Management, etc.)
- Has a technical background acquired through studies and/or professional experience
The following qualifications are a plus:
- Experience in facility management or similar operations
- Professional experience in IT project management
