Job Responsibilities

In this role, you work closely with the customer. It is your task to maintain existing customer relationships as well as establish new contacts. You have daily contact with tenants and property owners to provide them with the service they need.

Your tasks will include among other things:

• External and internal property maintenance
• Service work
• Repairs
• Maintenance work
• Installations
• Property rounds/inspections
• Operational optimizations
• Drive smaller improvement projects

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

• Upper secondary education
• Work experience in internal property maintenance or property technology
• Good computer and system skills
• Good knowledge of Office
• Category B driver's license
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
