As a central function in daily production operations, you will contribute to ensuring an efficient and well-functioning workflow. The role involves monitoring, setting up, and fine-tuning production equipment to maintain high quality and stable production.

Your responsibilities

As a machine operator, you work in daily production where you are responsible for running and monitoring production processes, ensuring that work is carried out according to the company's quality, safety, and production goals. The role entails significant personal responsibility, where you drive your work forward independently while collaborating closely with colleagues and other functions within the organization.

The work includes both practical and administrative tasks, where you work in various business and production systems, including SAP and other operational systems for documentation, follow-up, and planning.

Your background

We are looking for someone with good teamwork skills who enjoys working physically in a production environment. Furthermore, you are interested in varied work with high attention to detail, taking responsibility, and understanding the importance of following routines and processes.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and access to a car
• Forklift license
• Good computer skills
• Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken)
