We are currently looking for an experienced Construction Manager for Security Technical Systems to join a comprehensive and socially important infrastructure project in Stockholm. In the role of Construction Manager for Security Technical Systems, you will work closely with project management, contractors, and other construction management teams to ensure progress and quality in security technical installations during the construction phase.

You will be responsible for monitoring the contractors' work regarding:

• Schedule

• Costs

• Quality

• Working environment

• Safety

• Environment and sustainability

You will also work with:

• Coordination between different contractors

• Production-oriented construction management

• Testing, commissioning, and handover

• Documentation follow-up

• Ensuring contractors' commitments

The system areas include among others:

• Radio systems

• Evacuation alarm systems

• Positioning and access control systems

• Central security systems

• Data networks (LAN)

The assignment may also include construction management within other installation areas such as electricity, ventilation, plumbing, telecommunication systems, and fire technical installations.

Mandatory requirements

To be considered for the role, you must have:

• University college degree or equivalent within construction and civil engineering, or equivalent competence acquired in another way

• At least 5 years of experience working as an installation manager

• Good knowledge of AB/ABT and contract law

• Category B driver's license

Meritorious qualifications

It is meritorious if you have:

• At least 3 years of experience with security technical or telecommunication systems

• Training as a BAS-U and BAS-P handler

• At least 3 years of experience in scheduling and follow-up

• At least 5 years of experience in a leading role within installation
