Responsibilities

As a foreman, you have an operational role with responsibility on-site in projects. You primarily work with the installation of electrical and control systems within building automation and contribute to driving the work forward according to documentation, schedules, and project prerequisites. The role involves close collaboration with the project manager in Stockholm, where you will gradually take on greater responsibility and a more independent role in the projects.

You are primarily on-site and often work together with smaller work crews, while also being involved in the installation yourself. Projects vary in scope and phase, making the daily work varied. You maintain ongoing dialogue with customers and other stakeholders on-site, participate in decision-making, and make prioritizations to ensure practical workflow.

Examples of tasks:

• Perform and lead installation work within control, electrical, and building automation
• Supervise fitters and contribute to daily team collaboration
• Interpret documentation and drawings and ensure correct execution
• Collaborate with project managers, customers, and other trades in projects
• Follow up on work, checklists, and contribute to order and structure in projects

Education, experience, and personal qualities

Requirements:

• ECY certificate / qualified electrician
• At least 5 years of experience in electrical installation with a focus on control and regulation technology or building automation
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Merits:

• Experience in supervision or leading fitter roles
• Previous project-based work within commercial properties
