Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager for a role focused on capacity, server environments, and storage. The position involves leading and coordinating work related to the implementation, further development, and change of technical platforms within a complex organization.

This role is ideal for someone accustomed to driving projects close to both business operations and technology, and who can gather, structure, and prioritize requirements from various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects within the server, capacity, and storage domains
• Gather and prioritize requirements from business units, IT operations, security, and technical specialists
• Coordinate activities between internal teams and external vendors
• Ensure progress during the implementation or change of IT platforms
• Prepare decision-making materials and communicate technical issues clearly

Requirements

• Several years of documented experience as a project manager or similar leadership role within IT
• At least 3 years of experience in requirement gathering and prioritization in large organizations with multiple stakeholder groups
• Experience from at least one assignment where the candidate led, coordinated, or drove the implementation, deployment, or operation of an IT platform or infrastructure service
• Several years of experience planning, leading, or coordinating the implementation or migration of platform or infrastructure services
• Experience from at least two assignments in IT environments involving integrations between multiple systems, third-party systems, and dependencies on operations, platforms, or infrastructure
• At least 3 years of documented experience in roles with a clear customer focus and work close to the customer's needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from regulated industries, such as the public sector, banking, insurance, or security-classified environments
• Experience translating technically complex issues into clear decision-making materials for business and steering groups
• Experience with hybrid environments involving integration between on-premise and cloud-based services
• Experience with vendor management or coordination of external operations or infrastructure vendors in outsourced IT environments
