About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Project Manager position. The assignment is full-time, starting immediately, and runs until the end of November.

As a Project Manager, your focus will be on facilitating collaboration between the client, internal project teams, and various stakeholders. You will be responsible for collecting, structuring, and documenting information, as well as ensuring that workflows and processes meet the client's requirements.

Responsibilities

This project-focused role centers on the implementation and maintenance of a new service agreement, where you will contribute to ensuring a successful "Go-Live" on December 1st through facilitation and documentation. You will have a coordinating and communicative role, acting as the link between the client, technical specialists, and internal project teams. The work requires you to switch between a high-level overview and detailed execution, as well as translate technical information into clear and structured documentation. A key part of the role is planning and leading workshops with the client's stakeholders to map out workflows based on client requirements. The results will be documented in client-specific plans covering safety, quality, environment, and working environment.

• Create and document processes in flowcharts with accompanying descriptions.
• Translate technical information into clear and usable documentation.
• Ensure that deliverables meet client requirements and agreements.

We are looking for someone who

• Has excellent proficiency in Swedish and good proficiency in English, both spoken and written, as these are used in daily work.
• Has professional experience in project management and process mapping.
• Has a technical background acquired through studies and/or professional experience.

It is an advantage if you:

• Have experience in facility management or similar operations.
• Have knowledge of SMAK (Safety, Environment, Working Environment, Quality).
