Carpenters Wanted for Architect-Designed Villas & Exclusive ROT Projects

We at eLinked AB (https://elinked.se?utm_source=chatgpt.com) are now looking for more experienced and self-motivated carpenters for our client in northern Stockholm.

Our client is an established construction company with over 15 years of industry experience and a strong order book of architect-designed villas, exclusive renovations, as well as extensions and conversions. Here you will have the opportunity to work on projects where no two houses are alike.

About the Role

You will primarily work on the new production of architect-designed villas, but the role also includes advanced ROT projects (Repair, Alteration, and Extension), renovations, and extensions. The projects maintain a high standard and require professional pride, precision, and an eye for detail.

The work is carried out within a cohesive team where collaboration is highly valued, while you are also expected to take personal responsibility and drive your tasks forward.

We are looking for someone who is confident in traditional carpentry work and has experience working with loose timber, from framing to final finishing.

The projects are mainly located in northern Stockholm and the surrounding area.

Examples of Responsibilities

• New production of exclusive and architect-designed villas
• Work with loose timber and structural framing
• Kitchen installation and fine carpentry
• Bathroom renovations
• Floor laying and interior work
• Construction of outdoor areas and terraces
• Roof replacements and facade work
• Conversions, extensions, and ROT works
• Reading blueprints and quality assurance

We are looking for someone who

• Has documented experience as a carpenter in new production and ROT
• Has good experience working with loose timber
• Is self-motivated, meticulous, and solution-oriented
• Has professional pride and an eye for quality
• Thrives with responsibility and teamwork
• Contributes positive energy to the workplace
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B)
