Operational Logistics Coordinator for Construction Projects

We are now looking for an Operational Logistics Coordinator for our Construction Projects.
Here, you will be the hub connecting production and logistics.
About the role
You are responsible for ensuring the daily flow runs smoothly from production to delivery in construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Handle and follow up on production orders.
- Ensure that logistics operations adhere to the schedule.
- Coordinate between production and logistics.
- Plan logistics operations.
- Communicate with drivers and internal functions.
- Lead the logistics team.
- Labeling, storage, and material preparation.
- Contribute to the improvement of flows, routines, and digital working methods.
We are looking for someone who has
- A valid driver's license (Category B) and access to a car.
- Experience in warehousing/logistics or the construction industry.
- Good computer literacy and an interest in digital development.
- Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
