Responsibilities: Sales, Cashiering, and Hose Production
Your role involves greeting and assisting customers. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the store stocks the range included in HydraSpecma's core offering of hoses & fittings, hydraulics, industrial hoses, pneumatics, central lubrication systems, and workshop equipment. You ensure that the store is attractive and sales-oriented, as well as clean and well-organized.
As needed, you will deliver products to our customers and replenish their stock. You also handle purchases from approved suppliers when necessary. Daily tasks include the production of hydraulic hoses as needed, both for in-store customers and for customers you or your colleagues deliver to.

Since each store within HydraSpecma is its own profit center, and we work together, we look for someone who is results-oriented and motivated by contributing to the store's goals. To achieve our goal of having an attractive store where our products are displayed effectively, we believe you are detail-oriented and creative, with an eye for making shelves and product displays welcoming. As the pace can sometimes be fast, we expect you to keep a cool head when needed and easily put yourself in others' shoes, so both customers and colleagues feel heard.
Qualifications
You should have experience in customer-facing/sales roles and be proficient with computers and systems. A forklift license is an advantage, and a B-class driver's license is required.
Advantageous experience includes:
- Basic knowledge of hydraulics, piping components, pneumatics, and central lubrication.
- Familiarity with production and common routines/instructions within quality and environmental management.
- Basic competence in SS-ISO 9001 and SS-ISO 14001.
- Basic knowledge of 5S methodology.
