As a BRUDE technician, you will be part of a team consisting of a foreman and several installation/service technicians. This role will become part of an entirely new team that installs, maintains, and repairs BRUDE liferaft systems according to checklists and service manuals.

Together, we work with the installation, service, and repair of our customers' life-saving systems on various ships and boats.

As an ambassador for Survitec, you perform every assignment with professional pride and high demands for quality and safety. It is about saving lives, so meticulousness and high standards are a must.

The role requires that you:

• Are a team player who is meticulous and quality-conscious.
• Are service-oriented, solution-oriented, and stress-resistant.
• Can handle tools.
• Speak Swedish and English.
• Hold a Category B driver's license.

Travel is involved in the job.

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Experience working in the maritime industry.
• Are responsible and handy.
• Forklift license.
• Work at height license (Mobile Elevating Work Platform).

Working with us:

As a BRUDE technician, you will receive training and relevant education at the station in Gothenburg as well as in Norway/Alesund. You perform service on various systems here at the station together with the team. Once this is completed, you travel to various ports to swap out the serviced systems with new ones on ships in a work team.

So, there is some work at the station, but also some travel work outside of Gothenburg.
