About the Workshop Assistant Role

As a workshop assistant with Manpower, you will work on-site with an industrial client where tasks vary depending on business needs. The role is broad and suits you if you are flexible and not afraid to jump in where needed. You will become an important part of the production team, working closely with both machinery and colleagues.

Examples of typical tasks include:

• Monitoring and handling of machinery
• Warehouse work and material handling
• Cleaning and maintaining order in the production environment
• Other common industrial tasks
• Forklift driving may be required for those with a valid forklift license

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with good physical fitness who enjoys physical work in an industrial setting. You are flexible, have a strong work ethic, and function well in a team. Since tasks vary, it is important that you are adaptable and take responsibility for your work.

We require:

• Good physical fitness
• Valid driver's license and access to a car
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

Merits:

• Forklift license A1-A4
• Previous experience in industrial or warehouse work
