Then you could be the spare parts salesperson we are looking for, based in our customer reception!

Duration

The position is a permanent employment with a six-month probation period.

Your Role Here

The role includes, among other things:

  • acting as the face of the company towards our customers, as the position is based in our customer reception
  • selling spare parts over the phone and handling email orders
  • helping customers find the right products for their vehicles
  • conducting customer visits
  • performing administrative tasks such as orders, delivery requests, and documentation
  • contributing to good collaboration between departments throughout the organization to jointly find the best solution for the customer. We help each other in the warehouse, so you need to be open to learning other tasks as well.
  • on-call duties may occur in the future
  • travel is part of the role

Who Are You?

To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you:

  • are a driven salesperson who enjoys meeting customers
  • have a genuine interest in vehicles
  • are skilled in spare parts and do your best to always find the correct part
  • have good IT and MS Office skills. Experience with SAP, BusDoc, and VeDOC is a plus.
  • have good communication skills in Swedish and English. German is a plus.
  • have a valid driver's license (Category B). Forklift certification is a plus.
